I'm so depressed right now. I talked to my boss today about taking leave of absence in March for the birth of my son. During this time, I also have to get things with my lupus anticoagulant taken care of! No to mention I'll be adjusting to two different kinds of blood thinners in a 6 week period. Had a doctors apt yesterday, all is great!! The nasty 28 week apt too! Had to do the sugar test and the Rhogam shot. I really forgot how bad that thing stings and burns! I thought my hip was on fire!! The sonogram done in January was finally back in my doctors office. They can no longer find the clot, and the doc is pretty sure its dissolved. Great ( Read more... )

I wake up with blood caked in my teeth damned blood thinners. I went and had my levels tested yesterday, so hopefully the doctor will have the results by tuesday and everything checks out correct. I'm a bit weirded over the fact that my clot was left in my pelvis and nothing else was done about it. I want it out out out out. I dont want it hanging ( Read more... )

I love with my son so much it hurts. He seems to know when Mommy needs a little kick, or reminder that he is there and safe. Its so strange being this attached to a child I've never held before. So I'm home from yet another overnighter at the hospital. I was walking around Walmart with the kiddies getting the things to make wheat noodle shrimp alfrado (YUM). So Chloe came to me last night totally upset. Apperently some kids at school.. just 3 of them... are teasing her. They are calling her "fat sack".
