So I have this thing on my arm. I'm not sure really what it is, it's like either a spider bite/infection or a bad zit. I assumed it was some kind of intresting zit, so I picked at it and it got all bruised and ugly/uglier. Now it looks like I'm junkie, and it hurts badly.
