Today was the first time in a long time that I showered, did my hair, put on cute clothes & accessories and did my make up. It felt awesome!!!

Ahh that lady sounds terrible >_< maybe she was having a bad day? Still no excuse to treat people like that. When I use to work in retail, my manager would be rude to me and it would affect my day, but I never took it out on a customer >_
