tonight the moon is full.
today i watched ingmar bergman's "wild strawberries" before the sun peaked,
and someone told me, very sincerely, that i would die alone.
the moon controls the oceans and the waves,
and it also makes me cry.

the moon & i go way back, farther than i can even remember. ;)

mm. yes, i think i love ingmar.
i watched 'scenes from a marriage' last week. wow.
it's pretty intense to watch those scenes,
especially when to some extent they're mirroring your own life...

I haven't seen a movie, but I saw a documentary/criticism that talks about Wild Strawberries while the movie is playing. It was strange.

that sounds interesing. the dvd i got from the biblio has a commentary option, though i haven't watched it all yet.
i'm quite a fan of commentaries that are dubbed over films...i like to watch them right after i finish the film in it's entirity.
it's kind of like going to a lecture, sans the loss of thousands of $$ :)

i give no credit to anyone who attempts to discredit the power of the moon.
have you read 'still life with woodpecker' by tom robbins?
