ah, yeah, i don't think of myself as a smoker. i have smoked on & off (mostly off) for years. i'm kind of on-again, though. i got onto camels because of tom robbins' "still life with woodpecker" (one of the best books i've read.) & yeah, i like to stay up late and decorate the box to cover up the ugly warnings they put on 'em.

maple syrup! ha...that's kind of a joke, and kind of not a joke. i can get some really expensive beautiful pure maple syrup in a very nice bottle...or maple butter, like a spread, for on toast & whatnot.

i'm sorry, it seems as though canada doesn't have much to offer in the way of cool. i'm not dissin' the maple though, 'cause it sure is good.
