Buying a parking spot...

So my apartment complex is offering to allow residents to buy premier parking places. It's $30 a month in addition to rent. I'm trying to decide if this is a good thing, or just irritating. It would be nice to have a designated spot right in front of my room. At that point, I might bring my scoot back... Hmmmm

so, after the pet policy screw up and the freshmen meal card issue now they want you to pay for a parking spot, in addition to having a pass on the car? I've said before, it should be included in your rent numbered spots for each apt.
