A.N. Please note that I'm on my phone, so I can't guarantee that the spelling and grammar is perfect.
Kurt blinked, his cheeks warming at the sound of the British man's accent. "Uhm, sure. The Lima Bean's pretty good in general. I have to admit that I've never tried their tea though." "Thank you. I'm Adam by the way. Adam Crawford." Adam held out his hand, a naturally sunny smile painted on his face. Kurt's ears grew hot. "Uhm, I'm Kurt Hummel." There was an awkward pause, which Kurt broke by asking, "Why are you looking for a coffee or tea shop in a music store?"
Adam blushed and looked down. There was a small smile on his face when he looked back up at Kurt. "Actually, I was just standing over there wanting to talk to you and that's, unfortunately, the best I could come up with."
A.N. I was hoping to give someone else a chance to reply, since I didn't want it to be an exchange between me and everyone else. ^^'
Kurt’s blush darkened to crimson. He muttered, "I have a boyfriend." Adam just smiled at him, slightly wistfully. "Of course you do. I wouldn’t expect anything else from someone as handsome as you." Kurt felt a warmth bubbling up inside of him. It was something he hadn't felt for months - ever since Blaine had started pulling away from Kurt. Ever since Blaine had become friends with Sebastian. Before Kurt knew what he was doing he smiled and responded, "Let's go get coffee." "Tea," Adam insisted. Kurt giggled. "Tea then. By the way, what's someone from the old world doing here in Lima, Ohio of all places?"
They started walking towards the Lima Bean, conveniently only a couple of blocks away. "I'm visiting a distant relative," Adam explained. "Well, actually distant in terms of family connection and location. I'm from England, originally, as you may have noticed from the accent." Kurt nodded rapidly, but didn't want to interrupt. "My cousin Emma, is actually a second cousin twice removed, I believe, but my mother insisted I contact her while I'm here, and when I did, Emma invited me to come out and visit so we could get to know one another."
