She is the new Michael Jackson. Just like Michael, all her videos have a theatrical/cinematic element paired with iconic fashion. She's showing you not just a music video, but a mini movie. Look at any MJ video: Thriller, You Rock My World, etc. Even the product placement is a statement - its not about making revenue or something like that, shes making a bit of a bitchy point about materialism. Even the opening about her "not having a dick" is a direct slap in the face to the pop culture rumor mill. Its social commentary.
