Okay, since I felt the need to clarify (not because anything has come up, just because I pay a little too much attention to detail is all), here are the specifications for people being able to see Ryuk

Well, how strong is she with the Force stuff? I figured that at least she'd be one of the people who could tell he was 'there' or something. As for actually seeing/hearing him . . . it depends on how strong she is.

Seeing as she's blind, she can't 'see' the way others do. So she using the Force to sense the world around her. She uses it in most aspects of her life.

She is fairly strong. Not the most powerful but far from a weakling.

He'd be an actual tangible being for her if she were exceptionally gifted, though.

So . . . I guess, he'd just be a presence for her? But she wouldn't be able to hear him or physically touch him at all.

I'm still unsure about two of my characters. Either that or I'm dumb.

Hikaru...I have no idea about Hikaru. He's seen a ghost, yes, but whether or not that extends to more supernatural stuff (not just seeing Sai) escapes me.

Judai's case is a little stronger in that he can see duel spirits, multiple ones and not just his. It doesn't fit the exact criteria you mentioned, so I'm being nitpicky about it and so I don't know about him either.
