What's Bikrim again? Is that the heated room? They call that Ashtanga here. Hatha Flow I guess are just sun salutations. I have that Rodney Lee Power Yoga DVD and that's basically Hatha Flow w/ the sun saluations. I'll bring it home with me and we can do it together!

Are you taking it at Yoga Yoga? I just started their Hatha beginners series and am really enjoying it (I want to try hatha flow eventually but decided to start with the basics, and now that I read about the headstands, I'm really glad I did!).

Oh awesome! Yeah I take it at Yoga Yoga. I took their Hatha Beginners series a year ago, and it was great! It really helps cause it works on the correct way to do the poses so you don't hurt yourself. So many people do downward dog wrong, but in the beginners series they usually use straps to help pull your hips up to where they're supposed to be.

Yeah I've actually never been to another yoga studio before, well they have free Hatha Flow classes at Ruta Maya, I did that once, but it kicked my butt. All the Hatha classes are awesome at Yoga Yoga... I was actually supposed to get my butt up to go to the 12 pm one today, but didn't.

So yay. We'll have to go to some classes sometime if you cont. to go there!

Yeah, downward dog surprised me ... it's hard to do it right. It gives me new respect for my dog - he does it flawlessly all the time!
