So meditation is going well. Andy ordered me a book as well, hasn't arrived yet, something to do with Buddhism? Not entirely sure. Should be good though. I've read lots up on it all already, and it is very interesting. I think I must have been taught the basics of Buddha's life at school because I don't see how else I'd know about it.
