Not so much that it has no impact as that the requirement to do it has had no impact so they aren't doing any social distancing. You are so right to stay away - be well, friend.

My city is a hot bed of conspiracy theorist. A neighbor said today the virus is an excuse for a "fascist" take over. I said it wasn't a hoax but i wouldn't be completely shocked if it was used by the PTB for that if things got bad. After a bit i could tell he meant "socialist" and just let him think i agreed with him.
