[Theta speaks with a very thick very posh British accent.]
Hello there! Just as I've been complaining as of late there aren't a lot of us, and we get a rush!
[She laughs brightly, amused with herself.]
My name is Elizabe-theta Buckley, and I can be found most days in the Clockwork Workshop. If you would ever care to drop by, or ever need the services of an Ergaleomancer, I am available.

Why, citizens of the great British empire, of course. It's been terrible being cooped up with so many foreigners.
...Miss Buckley, if you would like to be proper. Are you just learning about being a gentleman?
An Ergaleomancer...I...don't know that I've ever had to explain it in great detail...we must be from differing dimensions.
[Theta's tone gets a bit melodramatic, like she is delivering a dramatic monologue on a great stage.]
From the Greek, ergaleo meaning gear and mancy meaning literally to see or foretell and colloquially magic in general, an Ergaleomancer is a magician of gears, a clockwork maker, a servant of society in creating the magical and magnificent devices great and small that have carried England to the forefront of magic, science, and technology. ...In my dimension, at least.
