I learned a lot from that experience and I was expecting a crash at some point. Honestly, I had hoped for something a little less spectacular. I lost it on a bike when we were on vacation in Idaho last year and suffered a bit for that as well. The most painful part was the realization that I did it to myself. A steaming slice of humble pie, anyone?

Ow! I'd ask how you're typing with two sprained wrists, but I don't want to make you type a reply :-)

Please rest the hurt parts and get better soon!
