I pretty much agree with all of this, which is good because there's no way I'm coming up with anything of my own to say about this one. Yeah, I can't even...I just can't. I'll just wait for whatever is coming up next week, because I'm basically a pancake under the steamroller right now. I'm going to bed.
This is what I want to write: she sees him again and he's just a guy. Weary around the eyes, ten years older than he looked three years ago and a million times sadder. He's just a guy, a little bowlegged and a lot damaged, more lost than he's willing to admit. He's never going to be anybody's happily ever after, but that doesn't bother her. She's never really been happy, and she knows there's no such thing as ever after. She meets him off the highway with a book that Ellen found. She brings him a pizza and a six pack and pops side two of Zeppelin IV into the tape deck in the Impala. She's pretty sure it almost makes him smile. The little twitch at the corner of his lips burrows deep into her chest, and it feels like hope. The world is ending. She wants to save it for him.
I've just started in on the reaction posts this morning. I wasn't in fandom during s2 for the full-on Jo hate, and very much hope to be skipping it this time as well.

Okay. How much do I LOVE BOBBY???!? SO VERY VERY MUCH!! And New and Improved Castiel with Fully Articulated Bad Ass Attitude is SO MADE OF AWESOME!
And I'm with you on the Sam and Dean reaction. I definitely need further viewing before I make ANY THOUGHTS WHATSOEVER on them.
BUT! This show? Oh, SHOOOOOW... is killing me. *ded*

I have no desire to talk about Dean and Sam, either. They are my boys and that's all.
