So beautiful, absolutely love this. The pace is great and the melancholy feel until the last few paragraphs really tugged. Just dying to get out of a small town, but less than eager to leave behind what makes you whole. Thanks so much for sharing.

And here comes the insanity: Are you still going to like me when I tell you that I screened your comment because the idea of introducing new people to them hurts my heart in a way that I can't even explain? I just want them to be a beautiful, wonderful secret forever and ever. Which I understand is ridiculous, because they're getting fairly well known now, but I just can't help it!

And now I feel ridiculous. More later. It's billing day, and I'm in spreadsheet hell for at least another hour.

I really loved this; the way Danneel is the voice of reason, and how they're such boys at the end, discussing their feelings in shorthand, and how Jared knows what's bothering Jensen. Just gorgeous.
