Yay exercise plan :) I recently started back on mine again - I kinda slacked off after you guys visited, but now I'm back on the horse. Do you have a specific plan in mind, or is it just general going to the gym and eating less?

Heh, well, the diet is specific, but the exercise is something along the lines of ghetto weight-lifting with water bottles and leg lifts. We already walk around 40 minutes a day, so in addition to that we'd like to do some toning.

Yay for healthy diets and things! I need to get going on something similar. Sadly, I also havean aversion to the healthy greens.
