Ultrasound today...
My placenta is NOT low lying. That's two times now that I've been mis-diagnosed with one thing or another. She is however, sporting a large head. So if I have to have a c-section, it's not going to be because of the placenta, it'll be because I can't push her out.
She is 5lbs 4oz right now, and will be about 8lbs at birth.

Have you started doing any perineal massage to try and help get the baby's head out with less trauma to your vagina?

Two positions to have in the back of your mind, and tell your partner to remind you about... hands and knees and squatting, since both "open up" your pelvis much more than lying on your back or side do. :D
