I'm thinking of writing a Shakespeare/Chaucer/Milton slash. It will be written in three parts, one from the perspective of each character. Shakespeare will be in iambic pentameter, Milton will be in blank verse with voluptuous heroic similes, and Chaucer's will be in Middle English.

Today, I ran through the ground-floor of the English building yelling, "Can't you see!? We're all in the simulacrum of the English department!"

And as I ran down the stairs I heard laughter, probably from the graduate students who got it.

I feel lonely.
