you should be a janice and call all your friends when you can't sleep at 4:30 in the morning...
then when they answer all freaked out becuase they think you've been kidnapped, or shot, or are lying dead in a ditch somewhere, they'll be really happy you've called.
especially when they turn their phones off so you can leave them three messages becasue you keep getting cut off...
Also, don't worry about not updating about anything interesting or exciting or whatever. In the end, it's your journal and those who read it should feel priviledged that you share your thoughts, daily events, innermost ramblings with them.
Or, start associating with crazys and write all about them - with psudonyms to protect their identities, obviously...
