Double D's Dilemma

So I have a child in my class lets call him double D because well his initials are DD. He wears diapers still, and has had many tests and just doesn’t seem to be able to tell when he needs to go. Nothing seems to bother him at all and in general while he has a serious nature is so off the planet that the serious things he says to us generally turn
