I didn't know you went to Rhema Bible College. Cool! Lots of people come from out of state to go there. It's only 5 miles north of where I live actually.

What do you guys want to do overseas? Some sort of ministry?

Hey..hulkster...what's your first name anyway? do I know that? I don't think. well anyways..yes I attended Rhema. i lived in OK from fall of 98 to spring of 01'. I loved living there, and I miss COTM the most. Greg Scott..one of the assistant's that I was talking to you about the other day. He attended about the same time I did, he and his wife both did. They started a year after I did. They were my youth pastors growing up, and just REALLy close friends of the family as well.

so anyways..we would be doing ministry overseas if we go. Jeremy is on staff with Young Life, a high school ministry that reaches to the Unchurched kids through building relationships. He loves it. I am a volunteer leader and help him out alot!

First name is Mark.

I'm surprised that you "loved" living here, lol, hardly ANYbody ever says that! Was is mainly because of the church you enjoyed or the city as well? Most people that aren't from here find Tulsa rather boring from what I've come across. I'm from here so it's "home" to me of course.

Sounds really cool about that overseas ministry you guys might be doing in the future. Back many years ago(15 +) I had some friends who were missionaries in Kenya, Africa. Really good people.

hello mark! now that I know your name. there's just always something about knowing a persons name..ya know?

but yes I really enjoyed living in tulsa. Those were some of the very best years of my life. well until this year..ha. I got married..and God has blown me away with that whole situation. But yeah I did love church there, and the people I was around. I knew that I would learn alot from school already, but going to church, and the people that I became friends with. It was just a beautiful season in my life. I will never forget it.

I have some friends now that are missionaries in thailand. they run an orphanage. :)

That's a good question. I want to say during the late 90's. Her name was Kim Spiller. I think she's married since then. I also want to say another girl I knew named Kizzie Dickerson went there, but I can't say for sure. I haven't seen either of them in years. They were both really cool and were involved in the youth praise and worship group I was in at the time.
