Does this mean I am not the only one who accidentally wore green today?!

It's virtually guaranteed that you are not the only one. (Thanks to the LJ reminder, I wore grey!) :)

By your post, I thought you accidentally wore green too, and I was excited that I was not the only one. LOL. I make a point of NOT wearing green today, but I didn't have a reminder. :( I guess I need to get up a few minutes early in the morning to check LJ. Haha.

I meant that I've done that (worn green by accident) other years. :)

I didn't wear green today. I did, however, leave work at noon and spent the afternoon in a pub drinking Guinness and watching step dancers. It's now about 6:00 pm and I wouldn't want to try to get a seat in a pub in Toronto.

But it's a weirdly Toronto phenomenon. I don't remember ever celebrating the day when I didn't live in Toronto. Is it part of Toronto's multiculturalism or just an excuse to skip work and drink a bit too much on a date which falls during or is close to March break and/or Easter?

I don't know, but your afternoon sounds much more pleasant than mine was. :)

That sentence makes me hurt now. I obviously didn't kiss the Blarney Stone when I was in Ireland.

Just so long as you didn't kiss a stone that causes bad hangovers on March 18. :)
