WTF?!?

I'm watching the tv movie of Margaret Atwood's "The Robber Bride" right now for the first time on CBC.

How did a novel about four women become a movie about two men?

ETA @ 8:34pm: Okay, the story is *vaguely* recognizable now. Still annoyed that they created a male protagonist to centre the story around.

I'm glad my pain amuses you.

If Margaret Atwood were dead, she'd be rolling over in her grave.

And I knew there was a reason why I said "No, I'll watching Dancing with the Stars instead". Thank you for confirming the rightness of my choice.

I feel dirty for having had it on my tv for two hours. Even dirtier than I'd feel if I'd watched Dancing with the Stars.

But at least because I watched, I know Margaret Cho is on The Hour tonight.

I've seen it but was not too impressed however it was shot in my apartment building. All the interior apartment scenes are in my building. They did this last year. That was an interesting experience.
