I recently discovered my favorite headphones ever (JVC Gumy) so of course Fred Meyer is going to stop carrying them. But they were on sale so I bought three pairs, at $7 a pop. I require my headphones to be cheap earbuds that don't block outside sound. Cheap because I'm hard on them and they always break in a few months, earbuds that don't block

I've developed a whole "Thanks for the information, I'll definitely consider [your alternative product" it when I run out of what I have at home" for the product pitches. The stylists get it twice as hard from their supervisors to sell sell sell the product as we get it from them.

*nod* Yeah, I basically said some variation of "I'll think about it" about five times.

I'm sure they get a lot of pressure to sell stuff.

Today a kid and his mom were walking down the street, and the mom says, "See, she's delivering mail, like when we get letters from Grandma!" and I felt ridiculously pleased. Later on the same kid was waiting on his porch to get his family's mail from me. I can't even deal with how cute it was.
