Sorry, I'm going to be no help at all - what you're doing sounds right to me too... unless you're not getting right into the file (sorry, non-mac user) and what you're saving is a preview that doesn't make it back to them as a proper PDF? In other words, maybe it shows up on your screen okay because it's coming off your hard drive, but not making it to them via email. Um, have you tried emailing a copy to yourself to see what actually gets to the other end? And what happens if you save it with the original file name? Not that I can see it ought to make a difference.

Hope somebody else can help...

Well, at least your reply makes me feel less crazy, lol. I will try emailing it to myself -- that's a good idea. I should have cced myself on the ones I sent them. It's saving as a pdf so I can't see why it's not working. I will continue to research and try things though.

At least I know it really sounds weird that it's saving properly on my end but not working on theirs.

Well, when I emailed it to myself, it came through just fine, with all the blanks and tick boxes filled in. Great...

Also emailed it to my son but he won't have time to download and look at it until he gets off work.

I think the issue has to be on their end somehow.

Hmmmm! It does sound like it's their problem, not yours, doesn't it. Be interesting to see what your son gets on another machine. It would have been so much easier if they'd just taken the time to explain to you in the first place!

Good luck!
