Pretend your me. Your older sister is getting married in January and you don't know what to wear. You want to be a little fancy, but not so much that you'll take away from the bride. However, it's freezing cold outside. That limits your options

You can still wear a dress, just wear a heavier shawl with it or wear a fancy coat

i have this hot little blue dress(yes i actually said something i have was hot, because frankly, it was!) and i know it wouldn't fit you, but it's blue and the bottom of it was on an angle, and it just reminded me of a older kinda dress they used to wear, like a jazzy dress. anyway, i got it at torrid, and while i know you probably can't fit into any those(lucky you lol) maybe you can find something at hot topic thats similar, or maybe go to the torrid website

Hey that is pretty. I actually did try Hot Topic, but everything is a little too....dark, I guess you could say.
