[Romano's not a snow person by any means of imagination. In fact, it's safe to say that he hates it. So for him, this wintery weather as he's walking home with a bag of groceries is perhaps very low on his list of things that are wonderful. He can't help it really - growing up in Sicily means that the idea of freezing means you freeze too.]

Ugh.

[Feliciano doesn't like snow either, when it's on the ground, but it's just so pretty when it's falling! He is bouncing alongside his brother, and trying to catch flakes on his tongue.]

Romano Romano Romano! We should do something fun tonight so you willy stop making grumpy faces!

Yeah? Like? [he grumbles and shifts the weight] We've got everything we need for seven fishes. Doesn't making bacala sound fun to you?

But seven fishes is no fun with just us! We should go to a party! I like parties! [wraps an enthusiatic arm around romano's shoulders, adding weight.] There will be pretty girls and wine and dancing and lights and not just us in our little apartment with too much food and no family!

[The Auditore mansion is a sight to behold this fine winter evening. Even though they aren't at a high enough altitude, the grounds are covered in a blanket of pristine, white (imported) snow. Each of the perfectly trimmed topiaries are trimmed with strings of white lights, while the fountain that bubbles at the center of the estate is currently lit up with a variety of colored ones. On a normal night, one could easily get lost in the peace and quiet of this picturesque scene...but this is no ordinary night. Tonight is the night of the annual Auditore Christmas party. In the past, the event was usually a rather tasteful affair...but seeing as the patriarch of the family is currently incarcerated, the show must go on planned by none other than the Auditore brothers themselves. The whole thing is quite the spectacle, really. Live music constantly plays (loudly) and there are any number of sons and daughters of various elite families currently imbibing far too much champagne for their own good. Currently, Ezio stands on the ( ... )

[Sariel was getting sick of the whole playing politic in the mafia thing, because apparently it also meant being used as an envoy to events that Sho or Lucifer didn't want to attend. Be as the Stark family did on occasionally employ the Auditore family's more pricey services in terms of body count, it was important to keep relations good and attend formal gatherings.

This explained why she was at the way, way less than normal party thrown by the Auditore family and precisely why she was avoiding anything that looked like a drink. Her plan was simple - make an appearance, say hello, and leave before it got any worse.]

[As he headed back into the fray, Ezio was quickly met with a gaggle of young girls, each trying to sweet-talk their way into Ezio's pants heart. For the moment, he would entertain them, being his usual, charming self...However, as he leaned back against the banister, he caught a flash of gold out of the corner of his eye...

As inebriated as Ezio was currently on his way to getting, he was quick to identify Sariel among the crowd. And while any one of these girls would make for a pleasant evening, Ezio always craved the challenge that the older woman provided him...And so, with a quick dismissive wave towards the girls and making sure to straighten the lapels of his tux, he proceeded down the grand marble staircase towards Sariel.]

"Ciao, Bella! Tu sei quella che stavo aspettando~."

[Sariel didn't even raise an eyebrow at Ezio this time. She was in fact fairly well adjusted to this and the unexpected and undecipherable Italian.]

My employers send their apologies that they couldn't make it here this evening. I will say that you've outdone your parents' more tasteful affairs in years past though.

[Who's fashionably late? Tony Stark is fashionably late. To his own party.

Because the party doesn't start until he gets there.]

[This is Lucifer. See him in a tux. See how handsome he is. See how very annoyed he is upon Tony's grand entrance.]

Only two hours this time.

Heyyyy. Didn't miss me too much, did you?

Tony Stark, you're the only person I know who thinks it's okay to show up two hours late to a party for a company you own [/Linus in a Charlie Brown Christmas]

[Meh, parties. The only thing he likes about holidays is that he gets stuff. And gets to screw with people.]

[Sariel feels the same way. And has left him a plate under the tree with a tag attached that says "Return for latke refill" despite it being the big Stark Indutries Christmas party at Tony's house]

[Ooh, now this is one of his zetta favorite parts of holidaymas. He grabs the plate and looks at it for a second, looking forward to the delicious payoff once he finds Sariel.]

[Sariel is lurking in the backyard where there are far fewer people and the big fat bonfire someone thought was a good idea is. Because Sho and fire is a GOOD combination]
