Mobile phone services

I use the Hutch (formerly Orange) service and Hutch's network coverage is horrible. I get very poor network coverage both at home and office. Everytime I get a call on my cell I have to go running to a window and even there, there is no guarantee that the signal would be good. Aah... These worthless luxury items. Who needs mobile phone in first place? I find my life amazingly comfortable (compared to others) in absence of this device.

Sorry to hear the cell problems. Well look at the bright side - bill kam aayega. In US tho this applies even more so - recieving ka bhi cost hai!

Now that you got all kind of irrelevant comments and haven't got answer to your query, I am pouring in what people have told me.

BPL has good network and comes at decent price under that 425 scheme (Tahir, Manish)

Reliance didn't give any network problem even on July 26 (Urja)

MTNL is cheaper compared to others (Sayyedji?, Devendra)

Our local expert of this matter is Devendra. Contact him for best opinion.

I think inspite of switching to another service you can take a small doggy bcause Hutch's network follows where the doggy goes :)

Jokes apart, I feel life is much better without a cell!
