I spent over $400.00 on a crib, mattress, sheets, comforter, bumper and mobile for Thomas and he would rather be in bed with me. *sigh*. So in order to assure himself a spot in bed with me he flips himself in these insane acrobatic poses and manages to get his legs and arms wedged between the bars so my heart stops and I am left with no other ( Read more... )

I believe you are right.I was smarter when I was to little to remember anything. lol Anyways Sorry I won''t be there to see you two when you go to NC, But thats ok I should be able to visit you in your "Natrual habitat" hehehe. My parents mved to NV so when I visit them I will vist you 3. Ryan will be back right????? I am with a serious lack of sleep. Missions all the time and the like. Ok I think thats a good post now do you still feel "strangely neglected and naked" lol

haha. you're father is a wise man. I think every parent adopted that motto. It was Bill Cosby who spawn that golden line... he is a brilliant man. hehehe. Yes yes, there are times I think one child is plenty, cause... what if he is the good one. hahaha. I would kill Ryan if he left for a year again ...with TWO babies. Gah!! The thought makes my brain hurt. I love this kid, I hope that is obvious. I just swore to my friends and family I would be totally honest about parenting. I refuse to be all, "It is soooo easy, I look into his eyes and see what love is... all that bull." I love thomas... there is no one I love more. However, I have never believed in "Love at first sight" so, everyday I do get to know him better and love him deeper. He is a great kid with a killer smile and a great giggle. He really can brighten my day. But he also has the power to make anti-depressents and sleeping pills seem very appealing. lol.

my son slept in his own bed from 4 weeks on till one day in july he got a bad teething episode and what happens.. he's still there lol.. i feel the same way i didn't have love at first sight i was like "wtf??" when i saw him and gradually got to feel like his mom.. some days it doesn't seem real does it.. you are responsible for this person and after a while you learn to love and cherish them and gradually get used to the idea that they control you and that's how it will always be.. bahh.. and now w/another on the way i'm setting myself up for more torture lol... well i love you can't wait to see you love. call me soon.

hahaha.. you sound like a seasoned pro. I know where you are coming from though. I have been a mom for a mere 4 months and 3 weeks and I already feel like it is my responsibility to education the population on children. haha. Who am i? But yeah... it takes time.

It is like that. I feel as thought i have grown more love for him as each day passes and i spend more time with him.

i love you girlie and i wish you the best with this one on the way. when are you going to know the sex?

aww. no, belive me i do understand. when ryan asked me to marry him and then move to CA with him... i was so worried because i would be living with his family and meeting ALL his friends from middle school on...it was quite overwhelming. luckily, ryan and i are so alike i get along with everyone really well. i remember how it feels to wanna be excepted by your man's friends and family, thats one of the reasons it was important for me to tell you that i welcome you. hehehe.
