Apsara, woman, you KILLED me with this. I'm using a phone right now, so I can't highlight which parts in particular which I loved, but let me just say this, that even after having read it three times, it only hurts worse. Seriously. It's so beautifully written, that beginning, oh that poetic beginning where Jun wonders about memory and clarity, and then you go into detail about the little things that happened in the day. I absolutely, positively 100% loved it with all my being

This was one of my favorite Ficathon fics from this year. The writing was just gorgeous, and I like all the sensations evoked by the descriptions (like the hot feel of the receiver against the ear, and Ami's voice being like silver water).
I think one of the things I didn't get around to saying in my Forums reviews was that I really liked Minako and Junin's first re-meeting. The relationship those two have is so perfect, but it also comes across so well why Junin and Rei are together. No matter how much verve we get from seeing Minako and Junin together, you can never really forget about Rei and Kunzite being there as well. Especially Kunzite, who has such presence even though he doesn't make an appearance or say a word.
