I think it's terrible that the only time that I write in this journal as of late is whenever I'm very sad or upset or depressed or pissed. Overall, I am a happy person, but writing about happiness just doesn't seem as fufilling which is sad because we really should appreciate those precious moments where happiness seems to find us among the crowds
