VIII. UPPER LEVEL
Here is where you can find out who is living on the upper level or apply to have your character move up!

In order for your character gain Upper Level access, and have their powers returned to them they have to be on good behavior and holding a job. There is a 30 day wait before you can get up there, regardless of how good your character is or how soon they get a job - however this does not mean you're entitled to have your character do nothing for 28 days, get a job and think they can access the Upper Level on Day 30. Your characters have to prove they're working towards bettering themselves and maintain a job long enough to show that they're serious about having employment.
Everyone make sure that you've commented to the appropriate threads in the Employment List - and make sure you have a player's permission, whether you contact the owner ICly or talk to someone out of character, to say your character works for their's.

Listed alphabetically, by first name.
Please note: For every person someone kills, an additional month is added to their punishment to remain on the lower level, without powers. Powers are stripped if already obtained before the kill.
LIVES
