I just needed to print something to a printer I hadn't used with this Mac before. The printer is connected to an AirPort Express base station (which has a built-in USB port for printer sharing). I opened the document, clicked 'Print', and the printer I was looking for showed up (under the heading 'Bonjour printers') in the list of available devices ( Read more... )

Out of interest, who is on the Guest List for Microcon? I looked at the website but it still has the details for last year.

About the website specifically, you'd have to complain to countertony...

But the guest list isn't finished, in the sense that we haven't got enough confirmed guests. I sent out a bunch of e-mails some time ago, but I've had very few replies, and I haven't got round to sending another load. We *have* got Jasper Fforde again, though, as well as a few other 'definites' and some 'maybes'..
