I liked how you set up the distance between them and Hotch agonizing and obsessing over the decision he made. I do think that Reid would be forgiving in this circumstance, that the logic of why Hotch and JJ lied would eventually temper his anger.

Thank you. Thank you SO much. I'm really glad you enjoyed this. I had a feeling deep down that Hotch would be just - griping and having a drink at home every night about this. Then again, my mind slips into headcanon with him and Reid, so... ahaha. There is always that.

I really liked seeing Hotch's admission of how the secret hurt him as well and is still hurting him through the loss of their trust. As a Virginian I must add that snow in October in the Quantico/DC area would be a VERY rare event as well. Mid-Late November would be unusual enough (occasional flurries but rarely any accumulation). But still, a lovely fic.

Thanks for the comment about the weather in Virginia. I'm all the way here in Minne-snow-ta of sorts, and of course, my mind dropped into the "IT SNOWS EVERYWHERE IN OCTOBER" mindset. It shouldn't have, but I will keep it in mind for later use. <3 And thank you. I know it seems like everyone else in the show moved on, but I really am not sure if Hotch did. I hope he has, but one may never know.
