I can totally see Karev jacking neighbors' Christmas presents and accidentally giving his younger brother girl toys.

He and Meredith clearly need to have a bff duel with Callie and Mark. I think the awesomeness would make them all explode.

It's a good thing that both bffs showed up though. Otherwise there'd still be this giant hole where Izzie and George used to be.

If they had a bff duel it would be like one of those couples games where "Who knows their best friend better?" I feel like if Bailey and Chief were around they'd try but then fail really awkward and Bailey would yell at him for forgetting her son's name.

Yeah Bailey and Chief would be hilarious fail and Callie would be all "Guys, shape up you're work married, gosh." And then Bailey would smack her.

It would be awesome, though I think Callie and Mark would win because they are pretty epic. At which point Alex and Meredith would be sad about it and fix the problem with tequila shots at Joe's. Obviously.

And Derek would just be confused by everything.
