Goodbye, Peter

I'm sad Peter Jennings passed away. He was a neat man, always in the middle of some event or other. He always seemed very passionate about what he was talking about. I met him once, he interviewed the children's chorus I was in back in the day. He covered the big Christmas concert we were apart of. A very sweet, open person, didn't talk down to us

I used to watch him with my dad when I was younger. He always made me feel so informed. And I can't believe you met him!! I'm sorry, Sydney.*hugs*

For some reason i thought he never would die, like he was always going to be there because he also was there. Awwwww, i really miss him now. : (

I felt a bit weird too, because as long as I can remember he's been there. My family has watched and switched many the news since I was little, but he was the first news anchor I can remember... And it was like he was the first one I can remember. He was a staple and you think that he should almost always still be there.
