Thanks to a sale at Target, we have way more Microsoft points than I would like to discuss. Suggest songs I should buy for my Zune. My current guilty pleasure, which I kind of hate myself for, is sadly unavailable for download

Something intersting, maybe catchy, something to keep my brain engaged while working. I like classic rock. And some light rock. I like some of the stuff in Rock Band and a small fraction of stuff from Guitar Hero. I like nerdy music. My most complete musical knowledge is from the '60s and early '70s. I have vague recollections of a lot of stuff being good in the late '90s but that may be some kind of twisted nostalgia.
I am weak for almost anything written and produced by Jim Steinman, and therefore a large chunk of Meat Loaf's oeuvre, but I have most of what I want already. I like R.E.M., I love Simon and Garfunkel - but in the latter case, again, if it's something I want, it's on one of the CDs or collections I already have.
REMwise, if you don't have all of Automatic For The People, it's a masterpiece and you need it.
Interesting and catchy wise... try Electric Six - Senor Smoke; it might not be entirely your thing but take a listen to their version of Radio Ga Ga. Also note that I am on a HUGE fanboy kick and will recommend this to practically anyone regardless of tastes!
Yeah, what are you in the mood for? Or do you want me to literally just start throwing out random suggestions? If I can ask, what is it that you wanted that is unavailable?
See above for... not what I'm in the mood for, so much, but my general tastes.
My current guilty pleasure is "All Summer Long" by Kid freaking Rock, which is really weird because I don't even like "Sweet Home Alabama" all that much.
