One thing I want to address here.. stop checking history.. stop looking to see if he is deleting.. He may simply feel violated and *watched* .. it may be nothing more than that.. but the more you check.. the more often you will upset yourself. I have not once checked on Troy's porn site visiting in around 3 weeks.. and it has been sooo hard.. sighs.. but I've stuck to it. It has taken some of the stress off me.. I don't want to know.. I want to focus on us.. and if I keep searching out and wondering what he is doing when he is there.. looking at what? is he talking to anyone etc etc.. I just get myself worked up, upset.. etc etc etc.. It's not healthy
