well i went for the run from hell today, someone recomened it to me said it was some nice easy six mile loop, turns out it was like ten or something and all up fucking hill. THanks! oh and if u ever think its a good idea to cut thru westley chapel, think again, the whole freaking thing is winding up hill, thru mosh growing on the side of the road
