Last week, a fellow Etsyian and Aquariann commissioned me to draw her muse for her birthday. She's incredibly sweet and she's given me a lot of freedom for the actual drawings (one ACEO and one 4x6), so I'm really excited. Naturally, I'm a bit nervous because I've never designed for someone directly. I'm a graphic artist at a newspaper so I design

YAY for a commission!!! I've done the self photo shoot thing. I feel silly, but I've actually used some of the poses in my paintings.

Thank you, Dawn! I was a bit amazed myself, because I've never actively tried to sell commissions. It was a nice surprise. Plus, this will be my first ever ACEO!
