Alright, I'm confused.
One site told me my ascendant was in Scorpio. Then my friend used something else & it said it was Gemini.
My birthday is 23 January 1990, at about 2 PM in New York...which one is it? Haha.
Also...what does it mean to have a Scorpio rising and Sagittarius moon? Anyone else have it?

YEAH HE DOES OMG.
And, I know. That's one of the main reasons why I was getting used to being a Scorpio rising...until I discovered that I wasn't. Haha.
