I love stereograms! They are so fun and I can see them instantly (of course after a while I tend to go cross eyed and get a really bad headache

Haha. Yeah, you have to be careful. Don't stress out your eyes too much.

Though I have some advice for people if you want to try. Take one hand and put it about 5 or 6 inches away from your face. Spread out your fingers. Focus on your hand, then focus on something behind your hand (between your fingers). Do you notice that your hands now split in two and go all transparent? Well, on a stereogram you are supposed to do the same thing, except with the stereogram where your hand would be.

I've only managed to do this once in my life with great difficult, now add a computer screen, I think my eyes are bleeding. :p
