Green Peg Legged Penguin is called a 'Prinny'. Prinnys are from the game 'Disgaea' a strategy RPG for the PS2. Prinnys are souls who did bad in their life and now have to hire themselves out as mercenaries to earn money to pay for a reincarnation. They also explode when you throw them. XD
The Green Prinny is actualy a character from the game named Kurtis. He blows himself up and ends up coming back a few maps later as the green Prinny. Prinny + Green = AWESOME.
