Actually, you're the one who breached your confidentiality--he didn't mention your name, you've identified yourself.
Or is it somehow a "breach" for the accused to publicly defend himself? I guess you think he's just supposed to accept any punishment that might be dished out--regardless of the degree to which he believes it to be unwarranted--without dis-honoring some code of "confidentiality"?
