I am wasting time counting down the last hour of work. It's quite boring here tonight. Had to investigate the smell of smoke that a patient complained about - that's about the extent of my excitement. you may not have lost actual weight but inches ! plus.. other people notice things better than yourself especially when it comes to body image. i bet you DO look slimmer and you just cant see it yourself because you see yourself in the mirror differently. am i making sense?! my pain pill is kicking in... argggh.

i wish i had a pop tart. i think i have some low carb ones. haha
