Maybe it's the fact that I tend to live in the moment, and I refuse to look too far into the past or future, but for some reason I'm struck by one thing recently. i disagree. i'm pretty familiar with everything and everyone here.
clark trek was amazing and i made really really close friends...some i'm closer with than the people at home...
but i still miss everyone.
not because i'm in a new place or bc i'm lonely or whatever.
because every so often i see something and go "ha....bryan would love that" or "oh, that reminds me.. i want to tell kelly..." or...something along those lines.
maybe i missed the point of your entry...or maybe i didn't but failed to make my point...its late and i'm tired so you have to forgive me...but yeah... i miss everyone...like everyone's individual personalities....not just the relationships and comfort i had...bc i have that here

You seem to have adjusted with extraordinary ease, just based on your entries and away messages and such that make it seem like you've really had a fine transition, but I still think Kevin makes an excellent point for the normal case of making the change. Often times, it is the loss of certainty.
