Summary: Jin announces his plans of going to LA and Kame doesn't take it well, but Jin finds a way to make it up to him.

I'll Be Waiting
After the dance practice Kame was packing his stuff in the dressing room. He thought he was alone and was surprised when strong arms suddenly wrapped around his waist.
”Jin! Don't sneak on me like that! I could have mistook you for someone else and hit you!” He said playfully.
”Do you mean there's lots of people who randomly hug you? You make me jealous, Kazu-chan.” Jin said dramatically. Kame turned around and placed his hands on Jin's chest.
”Bakanishi. You have no reason to be jealous. I love you and only you.”
”And I love you too Kazu-chan.” Jin said and kissed Kame softly on the lips. ”How about a dinner at my place tonight? I have something to tell you.”
”Okay, but only on one condition!”
”Anything for you, honey.”
”We'll order something, because I'm not going to eat anything that you've cooked.”
”Is my cooking that bad?” Jin pouted. ”Okay then. I'll pick you up at eight.”
”You don't have to, I can take the train.”
”No way I'm letting my beautiful boyfriend travel by train at night! There are all kinds of creepy people in there. I'll pick you up!”
Kame sighed. Sometimes Jin could be so stubborn. He wasn't in the mood to argue about it, so he agreed. Jin grinned widely and kissed Kame again.

After the dinner they watched a movie, though they missed the most of it, because they were too busy making out.
”Jin, didn't you say that you have something to tell me?” Kame asked, when the movie ended. Jin kissed Kame passionately on the lips, but then turned his gaze away.
”It's not that important, I can tell you tomorrow.”
This made Kame suspicious. He cupped Jin's face between his hands and forced the other to look at him.
”Jin, you know you can tell me anything.”
”But you're not going to like what I have to say.” Jin sighed. He then told Kame about his plans of going to LA. For a while Kame just stared at Jin, too shocked to say anything.
”How long are you planning to be there? And when are you leaving?” He asked, when he finally got back his ability to speak.
”I'll be staying there about six months. And I'm leaving the day after tomorrow.” Jis answered quietly, still not meeting Kame's eyes.
”What?! You're going to leave me for half a year and you're telling me that now, just two days before you leave!!” Kame snapped.
”There's no reason to get mad, okay.” Jin said. ”Everyone else took it much better.” He added in a whisper.
”EVERYONE ELSE?! Don't you dare to say that I'm the last person you're telling this about! I'm you're boyfriend, for God's sake! I'm supposed to be the first to know things like this!” Kame yelled, his voice starting to sound a little hysteric.
”Kazu-chan, just calm down and we'll talk about it.” Jin said. Kame took a deep, shaky breath.
”There's nothing to talk about.” He said slowly. ”I thought you really loved me, but this proves that I was wrong. Goodbye Jin, have fun in LA.” He continued coldly. Before Jin could do or say anything, Kame stood up, took his coat and left.

At the airport Jin was looking nervously around. All his band members, friends and family were there to see him off, but as he had feared, Kame wasn't.
”You can't possibly still believe, that he's going to come to see you off. After what you did, I'm surprised if he'll ever even talk to you.” Yamapi said, looking at his friend. ”And in my opinion...” He continued, but was cut off by Jin.
”Yes, I know. But I've send him about million text messages and said I'm sorry and explained that I didn't tell him earlier, because I was afraid of his reaction. He hadn't answered, but I'm sure he read them and will forgive me.” He said, not really believing his own words though.
But to everyone's surprise, Kame arrived. Jin practically ran to him and hugged him tightly. Kame didn't respond, but didn't pull away either. He just stood there and waited until Jin let go.
”Kazu-chan, I'm really sorry about everything and I love you more than anything and...” Jin babbled.
”Yes, Jin. I know, I read the messages you sent me.” Kame said slowly. ”I'm still angry and sad that you didn't tell me earlier, but I thought about this and decided to try and forgive you. After all, the love I have for you can't be swiped away that easily.” Then he smiled and wrapped his arms around Jin's neck. Jin pulled Kame closer and rested his chin on the shorter man's shoulder.
”I love you, Kazu-chan.” He whispered.
”I love you too Jinjin. I always have, and even though you drive me crazy sometimes, I always will.”
When his flight was announced, Jin got an idea. He knew this probably wasn't the most clever thing to do, but he decided to take the chance. He pulled away and lowered himself so that he was kneeled on one knee in front of Kame. Then he took a hold of the other boy's hand.
”Kazu-chan, I love you more than anything in this world. You are the light in my life and I couldn't live without you. I want you to be mine forever.” He said looking intently on Kame's eyes. Kame just stared at him looking surprised, confused and delighted, all at the same time.
”And that's why I'm asking you...” Jin took a ring from his own finger. ”...to make me the happiest man in the world. Kazu-chan, my love, will you marry me?”
Everyone around them gasped. Kame was speechless. Silence, that had felt like an eternity, was cut by Koki's voice.
”Just say 'I do' already or he'll miss his flight!”
”I... I... I do... Yes... Yes, I'll marry you!” Kame finally said and everyone cheered when Jin slid the ring in his finger. Then Jin stood up and they shared a long passionate kiss. When they broke apart, both had a wide smile on their faces.
”Kazu-chan, when I get back, I'll arrange you the wedding of your dreams. I promise. So wait for me, my love.” Jin said and gave Kame a quick kiss. He then took his bags and waved them all goodbye.

When Kame watched Jin's airplane's departure, he felt tears streaming from his eyes. For you Jinjin... even if it's six months or a lifetime... I'll be waiting...”
