Man, but I miss Vince's comic. Seems to be a glue that held a lot of people together on here - you'd stop by to check it out, check your friend's posts, comment.....
We saw the same thing after Class Menagerie ended, back in the day. It was...kind of just as depressing then, lol.
I'm hoping that after the Facebook and Twitter crazes die down a bit we'll see more attention paid to the mediums that actually encourage real communication.
Hmm..brief soaring heights of euphoria, long lows. A free thing gradually turning into something you buy, but if you try to go off of it entirely, he'll happily give you enough for free.

Livejournal seemed to start declining right around the 2008 financial crash. It was like everybody who was unemployed couldn't afford to get online while people who still had jobs became too preoccupied with work to post.
I had intended to make a few posts to the community, asking what people thought of the whole series, but work managed to eat up any free time I had.
