This morning found me pounding on the side of what once was my car, and now is a novelty ice cube. It snowed rather heavily last night, and the thermal vent from the laundry exhaust did me the favour of melting the stuff and letting it melt and freeze, over and over and OVER again all night. but yes, the icon describes what I like to do to with winter period...We had these issues when I lived in the middle of the almond orchard, but it only required a couple pans of hot water and an expired credit card....

now almost six years ago in Oklahoma...

Having warm weather year-round is nice, but it has it's downsides.

There's drought, lack of rainfall, wildfires, and not to mention if you suffer allergies and hayfever, you're going to be miserable due to the sneezing, itching eyes, and such from pollen and dust.

And termites and ants apparently LOVE warm weather (while I hate ants and termites - never can get rid of them entirely).
